Swivel wheel under the seat does not turn. I would like to arrange a return, but since I have already assembled the product I will not waste time disassembling it. Update: I've tried contacting Revain support but they don't seem willing to help here. The only option they offer me is to disassemble the product and send it back. I worked almost 2 hours to put it back together and I can't spend another 2 hours taking it apart. The only mistake I made was trusting Revain Basics, now I have to go through this whole churn. This looks like a big scam as I'm not the only one encountering this problem. It's surprising to know that Revain has no way of compensating its customers since Revain is known to be obsessed with customers.
