The ability to find quotes for multiple products in minutes, instead of hours or days! We have been able to get all our quote needs from this software within one day using their live chat support team at no charge as well. They also offer an annual subscription that is not cheap but it does include everything you could possibly need without any additional cost once signed up - which includes unlimited access and real time help with questions via phone/chat if needed. It's super easy to use even when your sales people are new so they don't always understand how quick things can be done here versus other services we've used before (ie "quote requests" vs quote approvals). I'd like them to expand there service into more countries such as Australia soon because most companies do business internationally now where previously only domestic businesses would operate. Also adding some reporting features for management purposes would be great too.
