The main reason I got this was because I wanted something really flat to fit behind furniture, but you can''t fold it as flat as you might think. It folds at more of an angle because the tip of it is wider and hits the wall before it can be bent flat. It''s a great improvement, but just not quite as flat as I was hoping for. It also seems pretty cheap so we''ll see how long it lasts, but if you''re looking to add some outlets and want something that will better accommodate plugs behind furniture and don''t need surge protection, it''ll work.
