Make sure the clip is properly connected.
Installed and as per other reviews, worked 2 minutes and turned off. Took it apart and reinstalled to make sure everything was hooked up properly and everything was working great. It's brighter and makes less noise than the previous replacement bulb I bought. When installed correctly, this is excellent value for money. Just make sure the connector is properly connected. I've had it for 1 month now.
