Awning is good but needs sealing

This tent is best pitched by two people. He does not stand alone and walk for a long time. The poles are color coded to match where they attach to the tent, but there is a shorter black canopy pole that we rubber banded to separate it from the black tent poles. It was hard to find a 9' x 12' tarp, so we took a 10' x 12' tarp and folded it up. At first we were happy with the tent as it was quite roomy and allowed us to stand (none of us were taller than 5ft 6in). Also, it was a bit windy inside as the ceiling is fully screened and the canopy had quite a bit of room for wind. so we had to sit on a gravel driveway which wasn't very practical. Everything was going well until it started raining. It rained continuously for several hours throughout the night and into the next morning. The rain is not heavy but continuous. We were dry through and through. night and really appreciated the canopy for getting in/out of the tent in the rain. In the morning I noticed that water was flowing in two corners. Water seeped in through the seams where the fabric of the tent met the bottom of the tub. Rain filled the space between the seams and dripped inward, but stayed on the floor. Luckily we had a towel in there to wipe the water off. We didn't have time to mend the seams between getting the tent and setting out on our journey. Packing the tent is a bit tricky. The carry bag expands, which is good because you can never roll up the tent exactly as it was delivered. The rain fly has many threads that get tangled with each other. We've found that tying each tent shorter before you fold and pack it works better as the strings get less tangled the next time you unpack. All in all it was a good tent, big enough for us, our bedding, luggage and some extra stuff. room for movement. It is recommended to seal the seams.
