Ideal for 2004 Mazda 3 Hatchback

Perfect fit for 2004 Mazda 3 Hatchback. We had a few codes so we replaced them with a new flush valve and this gas cap. The codes were 0441,0442,0455,2187 and 2404. The codes are no longer displayed. The flush valve we got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003P9YJSM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details, Revain says it doesn't fit, FYI because the other one, Dorman 911-700, has a hose contains. Same flush valve on the 911-700 and 911-701 models.
