I was so happy to find this mug that I have been using it for coffee every day since it arrived in early January. It quickly became my favorite mug until last week when it started making a noise! yes, that's right, very, very loud. and very annoying! Somehow the liquid must have been trapped between the double walls and it makes a constant clicking noise and a high pitched squeak as I believe the porcelain or clay or something is expanding and contracting or the liquid inside is bubbling or something. it's driving me insane and I can't use this mug anymore. I want a refund or replacement if it's just a defect. I washed it in the dishwasher (just the cup, not the lid) because it says you can do it. If I get a replacement I would happily hand wash it.
