Review on Zoomlean by Kevin Taharka

I like that it has an easy to use interface for customers who are not tech savvy at all! It's also very intuitive which makes things go smoother when they're using this software as well as our team members being able to understand what we need them to do in order to help us with our clients' needs/concerns. There isn't anything specific about zoom lean that really bugs me but everything else seems great so far! We have been solving problems of customer service issues since day one by utilizing their live chat feature along side email campaigns.
