I have to rate the customer service I received. My first order was damaged and I couldn't recharge it. No problem. They refunded my money and quickly sent me a free replacement. However, only one fan worked. Since I received a refund and it was free, there was nothing Revane could do about it. To my great surprise, however, another new replacement arrived today. That's what I call next to great service. By the way, I really like this neck fan. It's convenient, easy to set up and serves its purpose perfectly.
