I am very upset, the product is no good.
I hope my opinion will be useful, I am writing this product review Samsung Wireless Cancelling Charging Included. I do not recommend these headphones, very poor speech quality. If you try to use them in the office, subway, next to the road, in the store - i. E. in any place where there are extraneous noises, then you are doomed to the fact that no one will hear you, everyone will complain that they cannot make out the words.
- They sit comfortably in the ears, do not fall out. That's all :(
- Terrible microphone performance. I had the last hope that this was a factory defect, but the service center said that no marriage was found. The quality of the microphone is so poor that the interlocutor cannot make out the words if you are trying to communicate in a noisy environment (office, subway, road). Moreover, if you turn off the headphones and switch to the phone, everyone immediately notices how much better they began to hear you.
