I like the fact that they are always willing to work with you, no matter what. It is easy to get in contact with them. They do not charge for any sessions and can make very quick adjustments to your account. Sometimes it takes a few days or longer to show up in the dashboard after making changes. We were having issues with some of our product pages loading slowly and this was causing us to lose a lot of sales. They helped us solve the issue quickly and easily. I like how they keep me informed of new products, and other marketing tools available to help us sell more! The staff is very friendly and helpful when needed. Nothing at this time. They have helped with our email campaigns - which are effective in generating leads for us. We use their services mostly as part of a larger service provider (we're not able to do it ourselves).
