One of the previous reviewers said this drive doesn't work - I suspect it's because unlike most portable SSDs it comes unformatted. On Windows, you need to go to Start -> Computer Management -> Disk Management to "see" the unformatted drive. From there you can right-click and format it. Until you do this, it will not show up as a drive. Once you've formatted the SSD (Windows users will probably want either exFAT or NTFS - exFAT is more compatible with macOS and other operating systems), it works fine; Performance (on the 480GB version I have) is virtually indistinguishable from the more expensive 500GB Samsung T7. It's also physically a bit smaller than the Samsung.
