Last year's Christmas was almost 100% "raise". For the first time in over 50 years, we didn't all gather around our Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. Our Secret Santa game for the grown kids who would personally open presents in a normal year didn't require gift wrapping or bows last year. While some of the most distant family and friends will still be on Zoom this year, there's hope that many of us can be together, but for the first time, it means we're going to our daughter's house. and our tree will sit alone on Christmas Eve. I thought these bags look like they would be useful to store small gifts as well as homemade cookies and Christmas bread for taking a trip in our car. I like the woven material as it is not as prone to rips or wrinkles as many paper bags. The description says 'paper' but it's certainly not actually paper but some sort of heavier woven composite material that seems quite strong. The only thing that confuses is the shape. If they were narrower but taller, or if there were at least two different shapes in a 16 pack, they would be more versatile and useful. As if they were made for shoe boxes or loaves of bread! Another reason I can't give five stars is the graphics. Yes, bright colors are used and different Christmas images are scattered on the bags, but a good graphic designer could have created something much more attractive, at least with some bags in a more complex adult design.
