Great Customer Service!

I replaced a 15 year old mailbox with this stylish unit and wish I had made the change sooner. Unfortunately, I almost immediately lost the keys but was able to contact the seller for duplicates. Make sure you inspect the mailbox when you receive it, especially for damage around the hinge screws that can cause them to become loose or fall our with regular use, perhaps a rivet would have been a better choice. Otherwise this has been a great mailbox and even keeps my mail much drier than the mailbox I removed.
