#14064 is for the CREW CAB (4 full size doors) If you want the QUAD CAB (2 full size and 2 half size doors) you want part #14083. Not sure why this was so hard to grasp. But I ordered the wrong part because of item description and misinformation in the reviews. Apparently some people don't know which model truck they actually own. And the manufacturer makes it confusing by calling the QUAD CAB an "Extended Cab" which it was never called by RAM. #14083 should require NO modification for the QUAD CAB. I will update how the return goes and how the new product fits my quad cab. I was happy with the quality though. Fit the front doors like a glove. Just not happy with item descriptions. Call the truck models what the manufacturer calls the truck models! I called Bushwacker and they cleared the confusion in 2 mins. Even the guy on the phone said he doesn't understand why they call the QUAD CAB an Extended Cab. This is the downside of online shopping and 3rd party sellers.
