The customer support team is super friendly and always willing to help. When we have questions, we can send them an email or phone them and they are always happy to help. Sometimes the system is slow and can take a while to load, and loading times vary between different connections. I wish we were able to create more reports to view all of the data, and some data is not always in the system. I would recommend this to any business that has a lot of shipping needs. This has helped us with tracking, and has helped us be able to give more accurate estimates on how long a shipment will take. We are able to communicate with our customers when their order is scheduled for delivery and when their order has arrived.
