My son loved this printer and made several items with it. Then two fan blades broke and he was never able to finish the job again. Each task stopped 2/3 of the way. A company spokesman kept saying it would send replacement blades, but 21 days later, the blades are still in China, according to tracking information. The Revain tech said replacing the blades wouldn't help and that we need a complete fan replacement. The R3D rep then sent me the instructions but they didn't say how to replace the blades or the spare fan if we bought one. We had to return the 3D printer before the return deadline.
