Exceptional Precision and Durability

The R3D Precision All Metal Removable Construction is an indispensable innovation that takes 3D printing to a whole new level. My son loved this printer and made several items with it. Then two fan blades broke and he was never able to finish the job again. Each task stopped 2/3 of the way. A company spokesman kept saying it would send replacement blades, but 21 days later, the blades are still in China, according to tracking information. The Revain tech said replacing the blades wouldn't help and that we need a complete fan replacement. The R3D rep then sent me the instructions but they didn't say how to replace the…

Very good printer, packaged very well, easy to use right out of the box

I bought this printer for my two boys for their extra study hours. Very pleasantly surprised by the well wrapped packaging. It was a double box and Styrofoam was placed all over the inside of the printer to keep everything in place. The printer body is very rigid and welded from metal, so no assembly is required.
