I like how easy it is to use for both new users as well experienced ones! It's intuitive which makes training staff very quick & efficient - we love this feature!! The only thing that could be improved would have been some additional features such as 'what if' scenarios or other more advanced analysis tools but these were never implemented by their development team (not sure why). We're using RDC mainly due its ability do cross-category reporting across multiple stores / brands etc., however also able track ROI back through our own category management system allowing us instant access into those reports too from anywhere via an internet connection without having any IT support required at store level once set up correctly.
