If you are looking for a real Japanese paper shredder. That's it. He's very good at chopping radishes. I love making sashimi at home so it's easy. The one I received had a small issue and the support team took care of it quickly and properly. The two tiny rubber pads on the legs were missing. Very minor, but the support team took care of it quickly. Chiba has very sharp blades! The Spirilizer does NOT grind as finely as this one. However, the Spirilizer makes much larger spirals and discs (which Chiba doesn't do), making it suitable for curly fries etc. I keep both because he gives me a complete set of everything I will ever need. The attached image shows the main abbreviations of Chiba. Everything is very thin and thin.
