Digital Marketing Platform / Enterprise-Wide

The customer experience is key for this system; I like that there has been some evolution with regards to how much information they have access too but also having more control over who does what within the tool makes sense as well! Our project manager had no idea about our specific needs or requirements until after we implemented DMP so he was unable to help us solve problems during implementation - not sure if thats typical? We're still using their services now however its important to me to keep up communication between myself/my team and them because sometimes issues arise when one side doesn't understand another's processes perfectly which causes work stoppage (or increased workload). This isn’t necessarily related directly to digital mid market platform per say, instead just overall being able to communicate effectively through all parties involved helps ensure smooth sailing at times!!

Pros
  • They are very helpful in terms helping get you onboarded correctly once an account starts working out fine.They provide great support via email & phone calls.
  • Helpful staff across multiple regions
  • Quick response time from technical / operations personnel alike..(it wasn"' t long before my problem got resolved)
Cons
  • It can be quite difficult getting into contact without any luck
