A good monitoring software for networks and servers

The capabilities of this software is very good and I would say that everything is great about it. It has all the necessary features for monitoring different types of devices. It also provides user friendly interfaces which makes things easier for users as well as administrators. Also, there is nothing much to dislike about its performance or functionality. We have been using this product for quite some time now and we haven't experienced any major issues with it. This system works perfectly…

  • And they offer high security too! There won;t be anyone entering unauthorized into our networks via remote control if done properly!! :) They do provide many more functions but my favorite ones so far being web console (UI), Mobile app

The customer experience is key for this system; I like that there has been some evolution with regards to how much information they have access too but also having more control over who does what within the tool makes sense as well! Our project manager had no idea about our specific needs or requirements until after we implemented DMP so he was unable to help us solve problems during implementation - not sure if thats typical?   • They are very helpful in terms helping get you onboarded correctly once an account starts working out fine.They provide great support via email & phone calls.
  • Helpful staff across multiple regions
  • Quick response time from technical / operations personnel alike..(it wasn"' t long before my problem got resolved)
Cons
  • It can be quite difficult getting into contact without any luck
