This dehumidifier is very good. Here are my thoughts after using it for a week: - Very strong. Reduces humidity in my home by 1% in just 10 minutes of use. Easy to use, just a few buttons that speak for themselves (on/off, % humidity and timer). I haven't tried the timer function yet. The water tank is large, much larger than the smaller units I currently use, so there is less need to empty the unit. The unit is quite noisy but works fast so I don't have to leave it on for too long to get my desired humidity - the unit is very heavy. Luckily, it has wheels so it's pretty easy to move around once you've unpacked it. In general I like him a lot. I live near the Gulf Coast where humidity is often over 60% which helps bring it down to a more comfortable level.
