I love this product! Amazing for heat and ice when needed. I love that I can add them when pumping, they fit great. This is my first child and to be honest I wasn't even sure if I could breastfeed because none of the women in my family could. But I was determined throughout my pregnancy, and when it came out I was amazed I could. Now he is 2 months old. And I had some knots in my left hand, well regular ice/heat packs don't really work.
