A great example of what can be achieved when designing an ultra quiet high performance case fan where static pressure is not a key requirement. Most Noctua fans I use are dual purpose, but I wanted something super quiet for the front of one of my cases where I don't have a lot of air resistance. About 100 cfm and less than 20 db. Enough. Caution: They are not suitable for water/air cooler heatsinks which experience significant drag when pushed through. German development. Small minus point: they are a bit expensive and bare bones. For example: They don't come with anti-vibration mounts. (More expensive Noctua will do) It's just a bare fan and a few mounting screws.
