Holy cow. This lamp is very beautiful, modern and subtly bright. I also love the beautiful patterns that the glass shape leaves on the walls. HOWEVER, it was a huge pain to get together. Went to Laws and bought a Harbor Breeze Step Down Bar. Apparently this light doesn't fit the standard sub mount so I had to go back and order a 1/2" Emerson online. Also had a terrible time getting the remote receiver with all the wires in to plug the junction box!My husband is not an electrician.But we also can't understand how and if this light can be connected to the wall switch for light and fan.It seems that you can only connect one light switch and need to use the remote control, to control the light. am I right about that? In short, a cute fan, difficult installation and some disadvantages (no possibility to use multiple wall switches with it?)
