Review on Hana EL Moving Coil Cartridges by Jimmy Jefferson
You need the right cartridge for your tonearm
I replaced my DL103-R with a Hana when after some research I found that Denon preferred a heavier arm to work best. . Hana, on the other hand, works well with lighter tonearms due to its design and elliptical stylus. Joining Hana EL was a revelation. There's a much better soundstage and improved detail. I also found better, deeper bass than before. Don't get me wrong: Denon itself is a good cartridge. But installing the Hana EL in my old Rabco changed the world. If you have a lighter arm I really recommend you give it a listen.
