Review on Westinghouse Lighting SL2P 7740600 White 52-Inch Fan Blade Arms Replacement - Pack of 5, 4.38x6.75x1.38 by India Stack

At my house by the lake, my in-laws had a fan with 4 blades and only 3 blades. Somehow the blade and half of the cast mount broke off. The fan was driving me crazy because it was out of balance and kind of burst. I never knew this type of product existed until I happened to go through the fan section of a large store to have the fan replaced. When I saw the product, I found it on Amazon and ordered it. I spent a couple of years trying to find the right parts online rather than just swapping out all four blades, which now seems like common sense. As they say, live and learn. This product was fantastic, obviously there is a standard for fan mounts because they were top notch. The only issue I had was that whoever assembled the bad bolt the first time overtightened one of the bolts which made the replacement a lot harder than it should have been, but I got it done anyway. These mounts feel solid and the molding is of good quality. I bought some fan blades off Amazon that I didn't realize were cherry veneer on one side and walnut veneer on the other. My only advice is to use a step stool. Being quite tall I worked the ground and when I was done my stroke and shoulders were more than satisfied. I would also advise against using a power tool and when installing the brackets, screw in both mounting screws halfway, making sure the angle and position of the blade suits your needs, and then tightening the screws almost to the limit. I turned the fan on and didn't hear or see any distortion, so I turned it off and fully tightened the screws. Absolutely satisfied with the quality and appearance of this product.
