After reading some conflicting reviews I decided to give it a try as my cutlery basket had holes in the bottom. So disappointed because like many others have said, I'm also missing part of the pen 😩. I don't know where to contact anyone to get a pen. Otherwise the basket fits perfectly with my Maytag quietseries 200. If I receive this description I will change my rating to 5 stars. *** To update ***. Changed my rating to 4 stars. I deducted 1 star due to the hassle of returning it, but Amazon was fantastic in getting me a new one right away. They also scheduled UPS to pick up another one at my home because I don't have a UPS store near me. It was very helpful. The basket now has a handle, fits perfectly in my dishwasher and is very well made.
