Review on Matfer Bourgeat 11-7/8" Tan Exoglass Spoon by George Ahmed

I’m not sure how this amazing cook’s tool never made it on my radar, but I’m so glad I finally found it. For anyone who likes a great wooden spoon, but doesn’t like to oil or hand wash wood, this spoon is a wonderful substitute. I particularly love the rounded handle, shape of the spoon head and it durability. It’s perfect for cooking and baking. The only thing I don’t like is the extremely sticky label that the manufacturer puts on the handle that requires some sort of oil to remove.I’ve purchased the Exoglass spoon and all my Fat Dadio baking pans from this vendor, and have always been happy with the products and shipping.
