I am an elderly man who can no longer read a book or computer screen or work close up without reading glasses. I get nervous when I haven't stowed the extra pairs where they are always ready to hand: in the car, on the desk, in the computer bag. I've bought a few packs at Costco and elsewhere in the past, but because of the spring loops and claims that the screws won't unscrew, I decided to try this brand, a problem I've had with other goggles. When I received them I immediately checked the spring hinge and inspected the screws. Haven't used them long enough to know if the screws will come loose, but they appear to be sealed in their hinge positions and the hinges work smoothly and reliably. As these glasses come with a six month guarantee I'm sure they will last well. I also like plastic frames. I'm hard on my glasses and metal frames are easier to damage. These frames are lightweight and comfortable. I also love that each pair comes in its own microfiber pouch that can be used as a lens cleaner. I am very happy with the overall package.
