A working alternative to these? Buy a pack of lasagna pasta. Boil pasta, let cool. Wrap pasta around your wrist and let dry. Where are they. They offer about the same level of support and are a bit more comfortable. Save money for a higher quality product as this is a real case of what you pay for.
