bought them on Amazon less than 2 months ago when I bought a new office chair. At first I was happy with them. They were quiet and rolled gently across my hardwood floor. after a month of daily use i noticed the wheels were getting louder. There was a slight crunch when I moved or moved about my office. A week later I heard a strange noise. like a little ball bouncing across my floor. I searched forever to see what it was and finally gave up. Shortly thereafter, the noise got progressively worse. Eventually I started seeing ball bearings everywhere. and they left MESS. Grease ball bearings are scattered everywhere. Notice how the trunk appears to be skewed in my picture? This is because half of the bearings are missing from this wheel. Waste of money and now it's too long to do anything about the return.
