The thing really works! We recently moved in with my relatives to help them in their old and frail condition. Our dog was a huge problem because no matter what we tried over the years (we even tried the shock collar which had NO EFFECT) he just kept barking and yapping. He is a Morkie and has a higher pitched, annoying bark. Buying this collar was a last resort and if it didn't work we had to sell it. Since many reviews said their dogs stopped barking after about four or five days, I thought we might give it a try. After 5 days IT WORKS - HE STOP LAAT! We can keep our adorable dog - hooray! Now he will bark once when he needs something and sometimes not. I will say that the light that is supposed to flash when the spray needs to be refilled doesn't work BUT we don't really need it because when we hear it barking we basically know it's time to refill. This collar is exactly what I was hoping for!
