Good product. with collars

This product works great. The only problem was the lack of citronella on delivery. One spray and it was over. I don't know if I missed it in the description or not. It also helps Brody focus.

Was good for bark collars at first

I was happy at first that it seemed to curb barking. However, it now only works sporadically every two weeks. It no longer registers barking and my dogs bark loudly. It's hit or miss when it works day in and day out. It is well made, durable and has a nice collar design.

Citronella bark collar

I've had these collars - yes I ordered 2 - for about 3 weeks. In the beginning, my god, it was a find! Finally these guys stopped barking at EVERYTHING! Now they only squeak after filling up. No spray, just beeps. Even after graduating, I couldn't get the remote control to work. I wish I had the product I had 3 weeks ago. Just kind of disappointed. (And a good chunk of money)

Great product, poor collar design

Overall the product works great, the lil box main spray is a great deterrent, our problem is the collar it hangs on, the collar is a slippery rubber, which comes off immediately and allows the dog to slip off easily. Our dog was not only able to chew on the collar while wearing it, but strip it off and walk around with the device in her mouth, just like a puppy does. wm. The collar design should be better, stronger, stronger and not easily undone.

Look elsewhere: Collars

Citronella ends very quickly. The former only worked for me when my dog was barking half the time and most of the time I had to use the remote control which mostly worked but not always. After about 4-5 days of continuous use the valve that dispensed the spray stayed open and when I tried to refill it it just came out of the spray port and a new one was on the way but I wasn't expecting anything different in performance. The thing really works! We recently moved in with my relatives to help them in their old and frail condition.
