Great System with several different modules
The ease of using the system was one thing that I liked the most. Everything was very user friendly and it had everything you could possibly need. The support team was also great at helping me out when I needed assistance. I would have liked if there were a few more features available for the system. I think they should consider adding more features in the future. We are using this product as a means to keep track of our customers and their accounts. This allows us to see what services we have performed and how many we have billed.
Pros
- It's easy, quick access & has all necessary tools required by any business owner or manager who is looking into automating his/her work flow with minimal effort! There really isn't anything else like proserve anywhere close..it does exactly just about every task possible from customer service tracking down payments , scheduling appointments etc.etc.It even helps manage your employees schedules too so no double booking occurs ever again!!!!! You can do almost ANYTH
