Poor Insulation and Cracks

It hurts me to give this bag 3 stars because it's so cute and my daughter loves it but it doesn't insulate well and the handle broke after 2 weeks at school . Maybe they can add some insulation and improve the stitching. But overall a very nice lunch bag.
