Easy installation and everything was plug and play. There are 2 different wiring harness for different GMC sierra models. At first I had received one that did not fit my truck. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement harness within 2 weeks for free. Once I received the harness everything installed rather easily. Overall not a bad system for the money. Looks nice too

The product looks nice, but I could not get the back up camera to work nor could I get the sound to turn on. I tried to reach out to the seller at awesafe-us.ca@outlook.com and asked for their help., at first they were very responsive, but once I presented the issue I was encountering they went silent and started ignoring me. They use a generic connector for the speaker and power wires and they are not keyed correctly nor are they labeled nor do they fit properly. The worst part of this ordeal…

This unit sounds awesome! Left the factory speakers in but it sounds 100 times better than the factory unit. The majority of the wiring was simple plug and play. I did have to get with support on some of the wiring but they were great as well. I would send them photos of what I was trying to do and they would respond back with pictures of how to wire it up. Still working on getting the backup camera hooked up. Will update my review once done.

Having issues trying to get it to switch to us standard for measurements and it is having a hard time trying to connect to the internet in my driveway where my phone can. Everything plugs okay but play not so easy. The instructions are a joke, so if I figure this out I will take note to post here to help others unless someone has got it figured out. check out the 11 pics of this model see if anyone else is having similar issues.

I put this unit in my 2016 Chevy Silverado that had a factory 4" screen. The initial installation was confusing, however I reached out to the seller and they provided me with a wiring diagram that helped greatly. I also had the issue of the unit displaying temperature in celsius. I reached out to the seller again, and they sent me an update apk for the unit. They have been very responsive and I am now truly enjoying this radio.

Screen looks clean on my truck but software doesn't work as i expected, Navigation system is out dated and tried using my hotspot for google maps and it would freeze my screen. Installation diagram is not accurate and had to uninstall one of the cables that signals temp and open doors on my radio because was causing a winning noise on my rear speaker. Other than that screen is alright but for $260 i would expect i little more advanced radio.

Back up camera will work with this raido if you buy the CRTGM01 adapter.Scosche CRTGM01 Compatible with Select 2014-Up GM Vehicles Camera Retention Harness.The only thing not working now is when you trun the wheels.But I can live with that.

Unit works but the outdoor temp and hvac temp are in Celsius and can't be changed which is making me want to change it out already being I'm in the us

I purchased this kit because it's actually shows my 7" radio on their website, but doesn't work. The wiring kit is for 4" and 8" IO3, IO4, IO5, and IO6 radio. Will not work for 7" IOB radio.

Great radio for the price, lots of features and great equalizer. You will need an additional cable to retain back up camera. Would have been a 5 star if I could have gotten the steering wheel controls to work, or better directions where supplied.

Looks good. But it isn't. Sometimes it connects, sometimes not. Locks up on reverse camera screen, which almost never works. Seller ghosted me and wouldn't let me return it. Looking for another option.

Rather easy install. Everything was PNP except for the factory backup camera video feeds. These were the only two wires that needed to be spliced and male RCA connected. The 10” screen is very nice, and I believe it’s good value for the money.

Easy install, great unit for the price, just wish they had more custom options for homes screen, looks factory with a clean look. Customer service will help with install and other questions. Overall Very worth it. Touch screen is responsive, car play works perfect, boot up time works great

Very slow start up for Android. Clock doesn't keep time.A/C harness when hooked up causes a humm/whine through speakers.

Followed install video when. When I hooked the battery back up on my truck. The harness for the radio started smoking and melted. Luckily I tested before I bolted everything up. Other wise who knows what would be of happened.

So my installation went great, watched the video 2 times and was pretty straight forward. It worked great in my driveway but, when I started to drive down the road the first time the power kept turning on and off and wont stay on.Pull back into driveway and its fine.

for $260 it’s worth every penny, i put it in my work truck to add a backup camera and have bluetooth and it took me 2 hours to install both and i’m not very good when it comes to automotive electrical. Would buy again
