Fits perfectly! suitable for sending fuel

I bought this sensor to replace a faulty sensor on my 1982 Catalina 38 sailboat. Holes matched perfectly! Now everything works!

Outstanding quality: Spare parts

The weld seams on the stainless steel are impressive, beautiful Semiconductor technology instead of variable area sensors from the 1940s. Just measure correctly and order the length you want. I had the sender so I could easily measure the length needed. I used it on a 1938 Ford Coupe Street Rod.

Working for my 1994 Ebbtide

While working on my 94 Ebtide the old cork was too saturated and never fully read as you can't just buy the cork. I had to replace the entire gear unit, the style of which is much easier to install than the original. All you really need to do is take out the original and measure the empty space to make sure you're buying the right replacement.

Fits perfectly! - Switch

During the preparation of the boat this year I noticed that the fuel gauge no longer works. After some troubleshooting with a multimeter I found out it was the sensor. I pulled the old one out, measured the depth of the tank, subtracted an inch and ordered the right one for my 80 gallon tank. The new one was installed in minutes. I used my old screws in place of the ones that came with the new transmitter just to make sure they were the right size.

Much better option than a lever float.

Fuel tank for boat. Does not affect the constant movement caused by waves and boat sway. I've tried several lever transmitters and they all failed in the same way. With the constant back and forth and up and down of windy weather, two things can happen on the water. Tank Level 1. The gauge would move up and down during the wave motion and would not give an accurate indication of the fuel and secondly the linkage would break at the tank flange and settle to the bottom of the tank and not…
