Installation is very easy. Was hoping to cover more of the wheel than the gap that remains. The wheel and material feel solid, but only a few months of use will tell. Don't be lazy to get a kevlar thread and an upholstery needle and sew up three slits. It might be a little harder than I think, depending on the strength of the base material and whether I can pierce it with a needle without resorting to push-and-pull pliers.

The lettering is off-center. With an A at 12 o'clock, BAMA is off center and vice versa. There is almost a 2 inch difference between the bottom of the A and the red stripe on one side and a difference between the other end and the red stripe on the other side. The red stripes are actually not as red as advertised. They're more of a burgundy red. The worst problem is that it stinks! Has a strong rubber odor. I bought this as a birthday present for my webbed husband; He loves it (I bought him a set of car mats too and it's all "hidden"!). Either way it gets 3 stars because it just doesn't match his Nissan Rogue steering wheel. It doesn't lock the wheel, but he likes it so much he uses it anyway. However, I was disappointed as it seems to be of really good quality and the colors are very pleasant. When I was driving his car, it also slipped a bit; it has to go back to the drawing board.

It fit me well. I was expecting a bit more, which maybe was just my reading mistake. The print on the cover looks a little cheap and I've seen it hold up in the southern heat for so long. Nothing was embroidered as shown in some photos which was a little disappointing. I was happy with the prices and I don't feel like this is a "you pay for what you get" situation. Well the first thing that strikes me is that the colors don't match, the longhorns are bright orange but they have stripes of a strange indescribable colour. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes, what the heck does that mean? Throw in the dryer? Sit in the sun? Anyway, I threw it in the dryer. It would be better if you had strong fingers and didn't have OCD because it was a real struggle to put it on and when you do you better hope it's centered because once it's put on it's impossible to adjust…

After seeing some reviews about how difficult this product is to put on I decided to order it anyway. I'm so glad I did. It literally took me less than 5 minutes to get dressed. Mine stayed on my front step in the sun. I applied it 15 minutes after unpacking. The heat may have helped expand the materials as I had no problem stepping onto a 15 1/2 bar. Those with problems might want to put it in the sun for a few minutes as it helped a lot. I used a butter knife to hold the ground while I worked
