Not a Child’s Toy for my opinion

This is a fragile plastic model. It solely relies on an understanding of how to sail. If you do not understand how to "come about” the boat could sail away and never come back. Can only be used in light winds and relatively calm waters. I think it’s a bit over priced but have enjoyed the challenge of playing with it. Not recommended for salt water.

Pros
  • Toys & Games
Cons
  • The price point may be too high for some consumers who are looking for a more affordable RC sailboat option

Really easy to get sailing with a short learning curve.

It was difficult to keep the tiny hooks on the boom and sails clipped in high winds, but if you have tweezers at the beach you're good

Pros
  • Choose from three different colors – green, blue or red.
Cons
  • The boat's size may make it difficult to operate in smaller or more confined waterways

Ready to sail for my opinion

This boat is a bit too small even in just the swimming pool. It can barely handle the slightest current. Very convenient that it comes assembled, but some might be disappointed to not have a kit to construct.

Pros
  • This wind-powered sailboat is not only eco-friendly but also provides a fun and interactive way to learn about science and engineering principles related to wind power
Cons
  • The sails may be challenging to maintain and keep in good condition over time, requiring regular cleaning and upkeep

Unreliable Junk: my feedback

Bought two boats. One did not work after one use so we returned it. Bought a replacement and replacement does not work. Now the only one that worked doesn't work either. A pretty expensive price for using the boats 2-3 times. Even with controller off the servos keep running draining the battery in minutes. Sometimes the controls work, sometimes they don't. I've paired the controller to the batteries several times. Save your money. These are Chinese junk (no pun intended).

Pros
  • Powered by the wind! Does not need (or include) a motor for forward movement. Captain your sailboat and learn about wind powered control.
Cons
  • The sailboat may struggle to perform in areas with low wind speeds

They are very gentle just use them very carefully

We use those sailboats in our pool and it’s very fun to use them they are more than toys also perfect to learn as well Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • We actually sail so this is a good practice boat to try things before going on the real thing.
Cons
  • The vivid green color could be off-putting to some buyers who may prefer a more natural or subtle design

Fun little boat best in my review

Fun in the pond but does not handle winds above 10mph. More of a toy than a hobby grade model but it is fun. The height of the boat may make transportation and storage challenging for some buyers!

Cute but flimsy, controls do not work

Rudder control works but not the sail controls. It's fine if all you want to do is put it in water and watch it drift around. Essentially made of string and cheap plastic. It's just a toy but way over-priced.

Pros
  • The grand where so excited to receive the sail boats
Cons
  • Wind-powered sailing can be unpredictable, making it difficult to control the boat in rough or gusty conditions

Battery broke on second use

I ordered two of these boats. One arrived improperly assembled and the other's battery broke on the second recharge. The port for the charger cable connection came out of the end of the battery entirely. I will not purchase these again and advise you not to as well.

Pros
  • Requires: 4 AA batteries and wind. 17.5" tall (14" above the waterline) and 11" long.
Cons
  • The boat's operational range may be limited by its reliance on wind power, reducing its versatility in different environments
