Very important. Sharp look.

They arrived on time and were easy to install. A very sharp look on the bike and a perfect fit. It's shorter than OEM, which means it's less prone to rollovers. So good that I'm considering getting a second set.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Impressive price!

This is great! I bought them because the first time I bought a bike my clutch lever broke. They held up well and I think the shorter length kept them from breaking in a few off-road crashes. I wasn't sure how I would have liked the shorter levers, but they are great. Especially if, like me, you only use two fingers on the clutch and brake. I think the downside is that the color has faded a bit over time. Overall I was very impressed.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Modifications Required for Correct Installation

Excellent feeling after all issues have been resolved. 1) The hole for the clutch cable ferrule was not milled deep enough to prevent the cable from falling into the milled groove. I had to drill a hole deeper before everything fitted. 2) The brake lever was not machined with the same master cylinder contact shape as OEM. It was too wide, and when the brake was applied, the rubber seal on the master cylinder jammed. I had to bevel the edges to fix this problem. Not recommended for buyers who…

Suitable for 02 sv650 super

sv650 2002: levers fit perfectly on both sides. Very easy installation. Bought to replace a bent lever from the previous owner's crash. It seems a little harder to pull since it's shorter (it takes more effort to get the same power with less leverage), but it doesn't feel bad at all. i love the look Doesn't feel sloppy. The tricky part is adjusting the clutch to engage when I want to. I think the clutch itself is about to be replaced. When adjusting the clutch, remove the cover from the shifter

Pros
  • excellent design
Cons
  • working speed

Save money. Buy levers with higher tolerances and quality. The clutch lever was useless on my DL650/V-strom because it wobbled up and down a lot more than stock (about an inch!) and I found it unsafe. It was also incompatible with the guards I was using - the adjust switch doesn't clear the guard properly. I ended up just using the brake lever as the one I had broke but in the long run I'll probably choose a brand that has a better fit and finish for such an important part of the bike.

Cheap, not cheap!

So today I put my new levers on after I dropped my beautiful SV650 on its side at a gas station and clicked the brake lever like an idiot. I originally wanted to buy the CRG RC2 levers because they are praised for how precisely machined and engineered they are and how they improve control of your bike. However, at nearly $200 a pair, I decided to do more research. I found them with good reviews and pulled the trigger. However, at $35 a pair, I was skeptical. I even kept everything ready in…
