First picture shows spring out of the product. This should not be. Makes the product useless. Wanted this to work. Second picture shows installation. The grips are turned so that I may secure the screws to couch easily. They turn 360 degrees. After installation, I would turn them 180 degrees for them to work properly. I returned this product for full refund.

Our sectional came without connector brackets and it was driving us crazy! I’m SO happy with these, they are very substantial AND keep the sections together perfectly! And even though the couch was cheaply made, this product ensures its use for several years!

Better way to join sectionals or what I used to join an ottoman to my sectional so it wouldn’t always separate, worked like a chaise after. Easy install

Works very well! Very sturdy, bigger than expected. I would suggest installing the long half a little bit farther back from the edge, otherwise your couch will have a little space in between the sections. To separate the two parts, you will need to pinch the spring loaded part with some pliers. My couch stays together now!

I was just about ready to throw out our sectional because it was constantly pulling apart, any time we sat down or got up! It was driving us crazy. Worked perfect for our couch, took less than 5 monutes to install. We only needed one side and these parts were compatible with what was already on the couch so we only had to replace the broken half. They hold the couch together like new!

Our new couch came with these, but 2 broke very quickly. We found these replacements and the worked great. Hopefully they last longer than the original ones

Couch sectionals kept drifting apart. The original, plastic jaws were garbage. With this products. They locked together and sturdy.

We got a two piece sectional sofa from an outlet store and it was missing two of these attachments. I picked these up and pretty much installed in 5 mins, and now the sectional is not moving at at on our hardwood floors. Love it!

We bought a wonderfully comfortable sectional from Floyd which unfortunately came with plastic connectors which meant that the sectional pieces occasionally came apart. We bought these connectors and they’ve been a godsend. They’re incredibly easy to install, they lock the pieces into place, and the sectional pieces haven’t moved once since we got them. Easy to disconnect them when you need to move your sectional, but stay in place when they’re connected. Highly recommend them for sectionals.

I took away 1 star because the set came with no hardware which required me to make a run to Home Depot. Other than that, they are as advertised. Also much more solid than the plastic ones that came with the couch.and subsequently broke.

Worked as described. I thought the sectional would come with a connector but since it was from the outlet of the store, it didn’t. These installed nicely on the bottom and hold things together nicely.

I’ve tried other clips to keep my couch attached and they have been a pain. These took a bit to assemble but now it is super easy to find attach/detach the sectional. Highly recommend!

Once we got these installed properly they work great, but in trying to figure out how to install, we popped the spring out and it took us an hour to get it back in and then installed correctly. What could have been an easy 5 min project took us an hour

My sectional kept slipping and separating on my tile floors. This thing was easy to install and my couch no longer needs to be constantly arranged.

Very heavy duty connectors I used to replace the plastic connector on my furniture. I can sit on or move the couch and it stays together!

Needed a hardware replacement for my sectional because the one that came with it originally broke. This item was a good replacement. I’m giving it a 4 star because the hardware that came with my couch is so much stronger, and better made. But this item does what it was purchased to do, so I’m thankful that my sectional isn’t sliding apart when I sit down.

I agree with other comments on the screws being too short, but I used the ones from the existing connector. VERY substantial and sturdy.

Purchased these to replace some from Bassett that were installed poorly and broke. These are exactly what I needed, simple to install, and feel secure.
