Easy to install. The emergency pull handle dangles so I had to tie it up so there was no trouble closing the trunk. This can also be a problem with the original. My daughter's car so I'm not sure.

The trunk of my 300S opened at an odd time. Drive, park a lot. Appears to be a Chrysler issue, not a recall. Bought this and replaced the current one. Changed once under warranty. It was easy to install and so far so good.

Got an estimate from Curts Automotive in Phoenix to fix my broken actuator for $475. And it was after 80 charge to find the problem. I bought this actuator, received it in two days, exchange took about 10 minutes. Works perfect.

My 2013 Dodge Challenger stopped working with the trunk drive. I heard the solenoid click and tried to open the truck, but it didn't have enough charge to push it all the way. I replaced it with this product and it solved my problem immediately. Since then I haven't had any problems with it. It is held in place by 2 small screws with an electrical connector. That's it, and it's very easy to replace.
