Correct price and exactly the same as OEM

In the end I asked the blacksmith to program it. He had a few problems, but he did everything. Cheaper than following me to the dealer. would do it again

New key and 1/4 the cost!

Subaru made key (for my Crosstrack) should have been $300 - I bought 2 keys here for $70 and $100 to program them . ! Happy with my purchase!

False advertising / REFUND REQUIRED

I purchased this product and it says it fits my 2016 Subaru Impreza 100% but when I took it to my locksmith they couldn't program the keys, where I bought them for my car. It won't even start my car because it's the wrong chip/transponder for my car.

Pros
  • for part number: CWTWB1U811
Cons
  • crumpled

Useful only partially.

One of these keys is well programmed. The second of the pair didn't work at all; The locksmith cut out the key and programmed it. However, he had serious difficulties programming it, and although the key opens the doors, the chip is defective, preventing the car from turning on. This happened after more than an hour of effort and several phone calls from the locksmith. I have a 2015 Subaru Forester.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No instructions

I bought this key after my girlfriend's original Subaru key was accidentally knocked off. We went to a local locksmith in San Jose who not only was able to program, cut and fabricate the key, they did it for less than the dealer - actually MUCH CHEAPER and did a great job. I'll buy another one soon. Come quickly, there's already a programmable chip in there.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Out of style

2013 cross track. The key worked perfectly.

My dealer was working on my 2013 Crosstrack and then said I needed to reprogram the keys. I took 2 keys and when I went to pick it up they said they could only program 1 key or 3 keys but not 2. They would sell me another key for $320. I ordered this and called a locksmith. He programmed the second key without any problems. I didn't even need a 3D key. Then I cut and programmed this key. He was here less than 10 minutes and took $100. So for less than half the retail price I can go.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Problem

Bad deal or scam you will judge after seeing the photo

As everyone can clearly see my locksmith trying to get this unit to work the unlock button on the panel is missing. I repeat, there is no precise tool or mechanism on the board itself to unlock the car, which is mandatory for the key. This is clearly not a good deal and they are giving me problems getting my money back. This is an extremely bad deal and it is shocking that they are taking such an attitude after seeing this photo! EMPTOR WARNING!

Pros
  • Glitter
Cons
  • Almost never
