Well constructed and roomy for crawling critters and emerging butterflies.

Can put whole milkweed stalks in habitat. Side zipper openings perfect for cleaning and changing plants. Caterpillars easily crawled up netting to become chrysalis's (sp?) and the emerging butterflies had goodfooting on the netting. Trying to get a grip on the plastic in my other habitat was clearly stressful for a newly emerged butterfly.

Great size - my new review

Great size for caterpillars and their food source with plenty of room for butterflies to emerge. The plastic panel makes for easy viewing on one side. It would be nice if the bottom was also plastic for easier to clean purposes.

Perfect for butterfly season

Bought for homeschooling our 6 year old. That's my feedback! Such a cute butterfly habitat to learn the stages of butterfly growth.

Catepillars easily attach themselves to netting.

Raising monarch butterflies very easy with this enclosure. I bought 3 cages to separate each stage of their development

25 monarchs! best in my review

Easy to clean and so much fun to watch the tiny caterpillars grow and transform into magnificent monarchs The pop-up feature is not easy to collapse, making it difficult to store when not in use.

Great product and a nice size.

It's actually larger than I expected but it easily folds up into a small package. It's really well made and it comes with a very cool little booklet that explains everything about how to use the product but it has also all the information in there on how to take care of your butterflies. Thumbs up!

No critters escaped!

This enclosure is working as it should. None of my caterpillars or butterflies escaped, and I loved watching them pass through their different life stages. I do wish the bottom wasn't netted to help keep things clean, but a couple of paper towels got the trick done.

Monarch Habitat - works as expected

We were able to ensure the release of 1 monarch so far using this habitat. Wanted to make sure the cat survived predators and transferred it over with a milkweed. We now have 4 more cats, and transferred the largest to the enclosure so it had a safe place for a chrysalis. Habitat is perfect for outdoor protection.

Safe,Affordable Way to Help Monarch 'cats' Survive to Adulthood

Just what I needed to keep Monarch and Swallowtail caterpillars('cats')safefrom other insects and birds.Easy two zippers make this a joy to check on the progress of the 'cats',add milkweed,and clean.I would definitely buy this again,when needed.Thank you for a quality product!
