It works. for lock cylinder

So far, so good. I asked my mechanic to install this (because he had to remove the old one that stopped working). It looks and works just like the original. It's been in my car for a month and it's still working. I hope he keeps working. I just need it to work for another 5 years or so!

Solved my ignition problems.

Fast delivery, reasonable price, easy installation, solved my ignition problems. However, be sure to watch a YouTube video or two on how to install this thing. There are no instructions included and it is definitely difficult to understand. unless you watch some videos. Then it's "Oh, so that's how it works!"

Works on 2003 Malibu Classic (2003 Malibu)

Installed on a 2004 Malibu Classic. Installation took about an hour. Simply remove the bezel, remove the stereo, remove the old lock and install the new one. Then quickly insert the key to start without starting, leave it on and wait about 10 minutes. It didn't even affect the programming of my aftermarket remote start transponder.

It just works best in spare parts

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. To install I simply pulled out the front center panel, pulled out the radio, pressed the release button on the ignition lock cylinder, pulled out and put the new home inside. I turned the key and it started right away, I didn't even have to wait for the safety features to activate. 20 minutes maximum, including turning the radio back on. This product is cool!

Perfect fit for 2000 Chevy Malibu. Good price!

This is perfect for my 2000 Chevy Malibu. I had a little trouble with the installation, but in the end I realized that it is necessary to look into the hole where the ignition switch enters. There is a groove and it has to be turned in the same way as the ignition. You'll see what I mean when you try it yourself. Would highly recommend this product and has saved us hundreds of auto repairs.

Worked on my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am

got a new ignition lock cylinder in 2013 with warranty replacement. The dealer only gave me 1 key as I could only find 1 original key for them. Lost this keyless with a car resistor but have only used spare keys for years with no problems. Recently the car decided not to use it anymore (maybe a new battery change). I've tried all 15 bypass resistors to solve the VAT problem, to no avail. Launched and worked for 1 second. before shutting off the fuel supply. A simple replacement of the lock…
