These knives are very sharp and feel good in the hand. You won't hurt your hand if you chop a lot. I would definitely buy more.

These knives are literally "not the sharpest in the box" but given the low price I wasn't expecting to get German or Japanese quality knives. So for just a few bucks you get two knives that are well balanced, look good and feel good in your hand. They are quite sharp but can always be sharpened if necessary. I think they are good value.

We recently bought a new set of quality kitchen knives and gave away our old set along with all the odd knives we had. We needed some "utility knives" to keep in the cutlery drawer just in case we don't ruin the good knives. They are perfect for the job and good durable and comfortable knives that do a great job with what we need.
