they do smear within the first couple of seconds on certain smooth surfaces but after that, they do dry and stay in place. no color runs. another issue is they are very uncomfortable to hold and use for an amount of time. it hurt my fingers using the fine tip side. i don't know why it was so painful. the barrel was thin and i didn't have much to grasp onto for a steady hold. it was not a soft or smooth grip anywhere on it. just an odd shaped end to where the user has to hold onto. it's not idealSee full review

So happy this fits my dog and seems to keep him warm. We live in warmer climate but have had unusually cold weather this year. This coat is perfect and he can wear his harness underneath. I am not sure how "Sandbox toys" got in the description. For the definition that adults use for that term, these toys do NOT fit at all. A 2 year old. they are going to play in the sand with them anyway and have fun. These toys are great for indoor and hard surface playing, though. Great make believe toys. Really nice pillow cases. They fit my 20x20 pillows perfectly. They are super soft and feel pretty high quality for the price (I paid $19.99 for 2). A lot of tension rods are flimsy, can barely hold anything without slipping, bending or crashing. And then there's this one: Installed today, it's solid as a rock.
