Use 2 2000cc oxygen absorbers per 5 gallon bag. BEST METHODS: Store excess absorbers in a small mason jar or small Mylar Bag (please note that oxygen absorbers will not cause contraction when sealed in a bag, they do not have the appropriate density). NOTE: Oxygen absorbers in their vacuum sealed pack will feel hard, similar to a coffee brick. When removed, the individual packets will feel soft.
